Turnaround Time

All orders are posted with Evri, tracked and next day delivery right to your front door. 

Our orders have a turnaround of 1-3 weeks on personalised items, this is dependent on intricacy of the order, due to each item being handcrafted for your order specifically. We do not create our products in bulk, because of this we can not accept any refunds or exchanges.
